Today we played against the Pirates, a very good game by all. It was just AWESOME.

Fielding

Fielding was very good today, with one or two slips/mistakes which aren't needed to be pointed at. I took a catch out at pitch, then, Nathan taking a good catch at first base helped to seal a double play, a good relay starting from outfield (which was well trained wityh by Lee, thanks!) & Jorja's tag at 3rd.

Pitching/Catching

I took the first 2 and a half innings to Pitch, Abraham and Jake both doing well to keep the ball in front of them if I couldn't today, my strike rate was around 50% over 65 pitches, after me on pitch was James pitching the last half of the final inning with some good flat pitching.

Batting

Batting today, like everything else, was much better. I hit a home run with Nathan and Tom on base, Jorja hit a good first base drive sending Tom home but unfortunatley being well fielded by the other team, was out. The others were hitting more than single base hits, and nice and aggresive running all day.

All Up 

We all had fun today and it was a good game played by the Pirates. We won today with a score of 5-12 our way.
