Game Ten U12/3

Round 11, 28th November 2009 against Carlingford at Murray Farm.

Result: Carlingford 5, Oakville 12.

The team played well and had lots of fun today. Their sprits where up from the first ball.

Brock’s start was very good today nine pitches four out in the first innings. James did a great job finishing the game off throwing six strikes from seven pitches.

A great relay starting with Maddison at deep left field to Nathan from centre to Andrew at short stop to Brock at pitcher to Jake at catcher.

Brock catches an infield fly then throwing to Nathan at first for our first double play for the session.

Jorja’s tag out at third base

Our batting is back on track with Nathan hitting the first pitch of the game to be safe at first. Brock third batter up hits a home run on a full count for RBI of 3. 

Their pitchers were so focused on the job at hand they did not see all our runners at times taking some very big leads.
