We played our first compulsory mid week game yesterday and had another good win. Lachlan and Dean did a great job on the mound only letting 1 run accross the plate in a total of 5 innings. The tight pitching was again backed up by some great fielding, Matt did an excellent job getting plenty of batters out with some nice takes at 1st.

Sam did the job again at catcher and then Mitch backed him up to finish the game when Lachlan came on to pitch.

Our batting was strong again with plenty of RBI's, stolen bases, hits, advancing runners and sacrifices, exactly how baseball should be played.

 Awards were picked by Dave Berger and went to Lachlan and Matthew.  Well done guys, you should be pleased with the way you played.
